About the Proactive Sports Rx Team

Dr. Brittany Zuback

Dr. Brittany Zuback is a sports chiropractor, strength coach, and former Division I and professional hockey player specializing in helping runners and active adults bridge the gap from rehab to performance through personalized remote coaching. She works with runners, endurance athletes, and active individuals dealing with recurring pain, training setbacks, or performance plateaus who want more than generic rehab exercises or temporary fixes.

Through an individualized online coaching model, Dr. Zuback combines evidence-based rehab, strength training, movement assessment, and ongoing support to help clients build resilience, improve load tolerance, and return to training with confidence. Her approach is designed to fit real life and real training, providing athletes with guidance, accountability, and programming that evolves alongside their goals and progress.

Originally from Thunder Bay, Ontario, Dr. Zuback played Division I hockey at the University of Vermont before continuing her professional hockey career while completing her Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Her experience as both an athlete and clinician shapes her practical, performance-focused philosophy: Rehab Redefined.

Whether the goal is returning to pain-free running, building toward a marathon, improving strength and durability, or simply staying active long term, Dr. Zuback’s mission is to help athletes stop chasing symptoms and start building a body that can handle the demands of the sport and life they love.
